Return Policy

If a fixture does not align with your architectural or design requirements, Lampiaes™ provides a straightforward resolution path.

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the confirmed date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition Requirements: To qualify, the item must remain completely uninstalled. It must be in its original factory packaging, with all mounting brackets intact and internal wiring uncut.

• Initiation Process: Email service@lampiaes.com containing your order number. Our team will verify eligibility and issue a designated return authorization code alongside warehouse routing instructions.

• Reimbursement: Once the hardware passes our inbound physical inspection, the original payment token will be credited within 3 to 5 business days. The buyer assumes responsibility for outbound return freight costs unless the item was received with a documented manufacturing defect.
